Scope: Social system design, templates, motion, client collaboration
Channels: Instagram, LinkedIn, multi-format social
Status: Launched · Ongoing use
The Challenge
inTulsa needed a flexible social design system that could support a wide range of content—from talent recruitment and DEI advocacy to civic storytelling—while remaining visually unified.
The design had to balance informative, uplifting, and community-forward messaging across multiple audiences and platforms.
The Insight
Consistency builds trust—but rigidity kills relevance.
For a mission-driven organization like inTulsa, the system needed to feel human and adaptable, allowing different stories to breathe while still clearly belonging to the same brand.
The Idea
Create a modular social framework—one visual language that flexes across themes, formats, and audiences without losing clarity or warmth.
The goal was to give the team tools that empower storytelling, not constrain it.
The Solution
Led concept, design, and rollout of a scalable social system, while partnering directly with the client on planning and execution:
Built branded templates for both B2B and B2C content, each with distinct rhythm and hierarchy
Designed short-form motion graphics for Instagram Stories and LinkedIn promos
Developed a bright, inviting visual language using inTulsa’s palette, white space, and approachable typography
Integrated event moments, awareness days, program spotlights, and recurring content types
Created structures for repeatable posts (e.g. “Did You Know?” and testimonials) that stay fresh over time
Participated in direct client meetings to align on social calendars, priorities, and template usage
Each asset was optimized for in-feed clarity while maintaining the storytelling tone inTulsa is known for.
The Outcome
Unified inTulsa’s social presence across platforms with clarity and cohesion
Enabled faster content creation without sacrificing quality
Gave internal teams a flexible system that scales with evolving programs and messaging
