As Zillow pushed into new tech territory, their recruitment brand needed to catch up. They had the name recognition—but not the materials, messaging, or tone to attract top talent at scale.
The Approach
I led creative development on a series of employer brand projects that built momentum from a single flyer into a full system. We established a voice and visual direction that was witty, confident, and refreshingly human—reflecting both Zillow’s tech leadership and its culture.
Designed an early-talent brochure system with the theme “Unfold Your Future”
Created a recruiting content suite: job cards, email templates, digital ads
Developed social graphics, event signage, and video bumpers
Delivered a comprehensive brand style guide for scalable rollout
