The Challenge
Buchanan’s needed a cohesive, premium brand presence that could scale seamlessly across in-bar, retail, and live event environments.
The objective was to modernize the consumer journey, encourage trial, and create memorable, share-worthy experiences—without losing the brand’s heritage or credibility.

For Buchanan’s, elevating the brand meant designing a system that could flex from VIP bottle service to casual tastings, while always signaling confidence, warmth, and quality.
The Idea
Build a modular experiential toolkit—one premium visual language that adapts effortlessly across nightlife, retail, and event spaces while reinforcing Buchanan’s signature character.
The Solution
Led design and system development across a full suite of physical and digital assets:
Designed a custom bottle service kit to elevate VIP and table service moments
Created coordinated printed and digital drink menus supporting both in-bar storytelling and mobile-friendly UX
Developed event signage and table tents to unify environments and maximize brand impact
Designed a bold series of product glorifiers for retail and on-premise visibility
Built a fully branded pop-up mobile bar trailer to drive trial and visibility at events
Created social post designs to promote activations and bring audiences into the experience
The system was anchored in Buchanan’s iconic green and gold, layered with rich textures and premium finishes to ensure consistency across all materials.
